Whether our Engineering Division assists you with design and implementation of your project, or we work from your specifications, you can be assured that your system will be completed in a manner that will exceed your expectations. Our Technicians have years of experience in machine wiring, field service and troubleshooting. We wire with your maintenance people in mind. All systems have quality features added to assure ease of installation and to improve field serviceability.

Our electrical control manufacturing process starts with your ideas or you can just hand us the wiring diagrams already completed. We will take it from there. If needed, we will engineer your idea into a complete electrical wiring diagram. We can also verify your design, suggest improvements if you desire and then assemble your electrical control cabinet.

Once your electrical wiring diagrams are complete - we will start the building process. Our electrical control panel assembly team has the experience and training to build a quality control cabinet. Once your system is complete our in-house master electricians are ready to install and test your panel.

• Computer generated wire labels which ensures legibility and durability
• All wiring harnesses are neatly combed and include 20% spare conductors for future expansion
• All PLC/IO points, including spares and door mounted devices are run to terminal strips
• All large and heavy components are stud mounted
• Our wiring process makes troubleshooting and expansion an easy task

All control systems are constructed in accordance with all applicable customer specifications and safety standards. All components are inspected throughout the assembly process with a complete continuity test administered prior to shipment. We can also provide the Underwriters Laboratories listing of industrial control panels, UL508A.
